Over the period of many centuries the fasting is sacredly kept in Russia. The fast days in the year, including Fridays and Wednesdays of each week, were more then the ferias. The main menu of our restaurant permanently contains  vegetarian dishes, but for the persons who want to keep the fasting very strictly in the Lent, we composed the special menu:

• Mixed salad with red paprika, cumin and avocado Vegetable “Tournedo” of grilled eggplants and tomatoes, served with walnut sauce
• Cold “Gazpacho” of cucumbers with green apples Vegetarian borsch
• Small zucchinis stuffed with vegetables
• Almond rice with vegetable ragout
• Paprika, stuffed with vegetables and rice, served with tomato sauce “Draniki” (potato flapjaks) with mushroom sauce
• Carrot cutlets with spicy tomato sauce
• Apple backed with honey, nuts and raisin
• Berries’ jelly
• Pear poached in black currant juice
