In September Novotel St. Petersburg Centre invites you to enjoy mushroom, schnitzel and berry specialties. Only the freshest and most fragrant mushrooms will be used by our Chef, who is ready to satisfy even the most refined tastes.
“Salad of green leaves with assorted mushrooms dressed in a walnut oil and balsamic dressing”, “Veal schnitzel with creamy wild mushrooms sauce, sautёed potatoes and broccoli mousse “timbale” or “Chicken schnitzel with classical Vienna sauce, capers, lemon, parsley and butter, and fricassee of Chanterelles with shallots and herbs” are only a few specialties from the delicious menu.
For Dessert you can delight delicious cakes and pastries made from fresh wild berries.
