AUSTRALIAN FORTNIGHT AT NOVOTEL
Australian Film Festival is an annual event put on by the Australian Embassy in Russia, Screen Australia and the Australian Consulate in St. Petersburg. This year, Australian movies will be screened in St. Petersburg, at the Crystal Palace.
During the Film Festival Novotel invites you to an Australian Fortnight at Côté Jardin restaurant. Over the course of two weeks from 1st until the 15th of April, the guests of Côté Jardin may enjoy trying various types of Australian cuisine.
The menu by French chef Fabrice Pantera includes: Salad with Ostrich meat, Sweet Corn Soup with Celery and Vanilla Bouillon, Soup of Exotic Fruits, and, of course, Australian Rib Eye and Halibut! To accompany the meal we’ve had specially imported Australian wine.
