LA CHABLISIENNE
Novotel invites you to the Festival of the Bourgogne Cocktail “La Chablisienne”.
Cocktail prepared on a base of Crémant de Bourgogne with peach purée and liqueur made from the peaches which grow in the same wine yard.
With every glass of “La Chablisienne” cocktail we serve a choice of complimentary traditional Bourgogne snacks: mini brochette with Bourgogne snails and dry plums, сrispy pirozhki with cabbage, bacon onions, and potato galette with blue cheese.
Ask for cocktail at the restaurant and bar of the hotel. The restaurant and bar are located at the ground floor.
