VERY ROMANTIC MASLENITSA
Say "Goodbye" to winter together with Novotel on Maslenitsa Feast. We present this local specialty from 8th until 14th of February at our Restaurant Côté Jardin. Carefully prepared by our French Chef Fabrice Pantera Russian Maslenitsa would be a great culinary experience.
This year the last day of Maslenitsa Feast is a St. Valentine’s Day. To celebrate this fortune our pastry chef concocts the special dessert: Romantic Blinis.
Meanwhile we prepare 4 kinds of mouthwatering buckwheat pancakes with sea scallops and fennel, mushroom julienne, chicken “Basquaise”, red caviar and sour cream. We have “Gurievskie pancakes” as well as “Russian pancakes” with jam, honey and sour cream, and Pancakes served with hot caramelized fruits and scoop of vanilla ice-cream. See you at Novotel!
