Argentine Beef Weeks: October 09 - October 29
Let’s go for a special culinary trip to Latin America with famous French chef Serge Fery! From 9th till 29th of October guests of Cote Jardin Restaurant will indulge themselves with Empanadas, Argentinean "pirojki" filled with meat and flavored with cumin, Carbonada en Zapallo, beef and potato stew with sweet potatoes and fresh corn, Assado, assortment of offal, Panfried T-bone steak, Parrillada, marinated and pan fried Argentine beef filet and rib eye steak. And, of course, the dessert from the heart of Argentina: Rogel de Dulche de leche!
