Visa Support
Arranging a visa to enter the Russian Federation is a relatively straight forward process nowadays and we provide the following information as a guide to help make the process as simple as possible.
1. The hotel provides a reference number to obtain a tourist visa for the guest from its local Russian Consulate. Under Russian law guest must stay minimum 1 night.
2. To get a visa support documents, guest should send the request to the Reservation Department, fill in the visa support authorization form sent to him and return it as soon as possible.
3. Upon receipt of the above form tourist voucher and special confirmation in Russian language will be prepared by the Reservation Department and sent to the guest by fax.
Visa support services are free. But by signing the above form guest agrees that the amount of EUR 50 will be charged from the credit card number provided in case of cancellation or no-show.
